CAN YOU WRITE AND POST A CARD DIRECT TO THE RECIPIENT?
Yes we can. When you make your purchase be sure to write your message and the recipients name and address in the special instructions/notes box at the checkout. Or send us an email immediately at email@example.com and we'll take care of it.

Customs clearance may be required so you should allow extra days for shipping outside of the EU.
Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to import duty and tax charges. We have no control over these and are unable to inform you of what they may be as each country differs. We cannot be held responsible for this or for any additional taxes and duties that are incurred when we ship to you outside of the EU.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order unless we are rushed off our feet but we always do our best. Please allow a couple of extra days during special holiday seasons. We will always try to deliver your order as quick as possible but if something is out of stock or will be held up, we'll contact you by email and offer the option of waiting or cancelling.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible in order to change the address. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify on your order and we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We don’t offer tracking on standard Royal Mail delivery as that would be more expensive. If you purchase Tracked delivery you will receive a tracking code.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express.
Our payment process is operated through Shopify. All your card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to the appropriate payment parties for authorisation. We do not store or share any financial information provided by the customer. Please note we can only process your order once authorisation has been approved.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
We are sure that you will love your purchase from us but if you are not completely satisfied just email us at email@example.com stating your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once we receive your item(s) we will issue a refund within 5 days via the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days for all UK orders and 21 days for all international orders.
All items must be returned in the original condition complete with all packaging intact. Should any item be damaged we may deduct a fee from your refund.
Any item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that also insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
All original shipping fees are non refundable.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We hope any item you order will reach you in perfect condition, however if it doesn't contact us quoting your order number, name, address, details of the product and the reason for the return. Let us know whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T TURNED UP?
Should your order fail to arrive on your doorstep please get in touch with us within 21 days of placing your order and we will track it for you.
